Rain is in the forecast once more, from Monday morning to Monday evening. This rain will be falling on already saturated ground and in areas that still have flooding issues from the heavy rain Saturday night. A flood watch has been issued for much of the region.
Additionally, minor coastal flooding is expected in coastal Delaware
and New Jersey and along the Delaware Bay and tidal portions of the
Delaware River with the high tide during the day time on Monday.
