On Friday, March 14th around 06:45 P.M. the Elwood Fire Company was called to the report of a brush fire behind a home in Warton Park. E-16-3 responed with a crew of 6. On arrive Chief Tomasco found that the home owner had put out the fire. E-16-3 arrived and wet down the area. (Information and picture from http://www.elwoodfirerescue.com/main/)
