Frank Olivo also showed up at a 8/12/2008 Township Committee meeting
Many may remember that Olivo was Waszen’s attorney, but he also contacted Mayor Kennedy in late July/early August 2008 to discuss BEHIND CLOSED DOORS the possibility of housing under the guise of an “Assisted Living Facility”. He also asked that the governing body consider sending something to the Planning Board for their consideration of an overlay zone to attract developers. Both St. Amour and Graebener opposed this stating the residents wanted less density and development in Mullica Township. However, Ms. Forman felt this type of development would benefit our community and entice others. Entice others for what? The meeting minutes from the public meeting can be found on the Township website here under the meeting minutes from 8-12-2008. Ironically, Olivo was sanctioned in January 2007 for engaging in a conflict of interest by representing one party in a business transaction and subsequently representing the opposite party in a lawsuit arising from the same transaction. This information can be verified at the "The New Jersey Bartender" that has information on NJ's Attorney Disciplinary System. The exact disciplinary action can be found here, which is on their site.
One can also assume that the Forman boat, built in 2005 was sort of a “celebratory slap in the face” after Forman wiggled out of one of the many things she has been accused of over the last several years. And let’s not forget the suit that Forman, Chasey and others brought against Larry Angel. It was thrown out after a two year battle. THEY LOST THE SUIT. Here is the link to the posting Larry originally did about the frivolous defamation suit brought against Angel. So the Queen of Denial decided to christen her
It seems the players never change.

Oh my god, will your jealously ever stop? Who really cares if the Formans have a beautiful yacht or what they named it! Frankly, I could care less what anyone else has. Im happy for people who have nice things. As for the Formans losing the 2 year battle with Larry the perv Angel , LOOK WHO HAS THE LAST LAUGH NOW!!!!!!!ha ha ha
Has the last laugh!! hahahah The year just started. We will see who has the last laugh!!!! What goes around comes around
The 5:19 PM poster should have signed herself Mrs. Wormwood. Matilda's mom fits her character perfectly. Everybody, guess who the real Mrs. Wormwood is in Mullica!
What jealousy? Is that like wanting to trespass on the Forman “compound”? Most of us would prefer having a clean conscious over a “beautiful yacht” named KNOT GUILTY. Why is the name important, because you obviously have a guilty conscious? Think about what you had to do for those “nice things.” How many people got ripped off by you and your husband so that you could have those “nice things?” You are assuming that others want what you have. There are a few wannabees in Mullica but most folks would prefer clean living and doing unto others as you would have them do unto you. The golden rule has a lot going for it. You seem to roam the Gadfly site and other sites so you don’t seem to sleep well at night. That says something too.
You insist on attacking a dead man who did so much good for this community. He was not a saint but he dedicated his last years to helping Mullica root out and expose corruption, lies, and deceit in our public officials. He did a great community service and continues to do so through this site. I hate to tell you this, but he is having the last laugh. His work for justice, honesty and integrity continues and as long as this site continues his work, a part of Larry Angel lives on in Mullica. I hope that you did not think that you could get away with your intimidation, bullying, lies, and deceitful behavior because Larry died. The work of exposing you and others like you continues and to the Mullica residents making that happen, thank you. Keep up the vital and good work, Gadfly.
It’s never too late to change your ways and decide to work for the good of the community. Just remember that actions speak louder than words and that we will continue to be watching you.
I had no clue who Mrs. Wormwood was, so I "googled" her and came up with this:
Mrs. Wormwood has a somewhat bulgy figure and wears lots of makeup. Her natural hair colour is mousy brown, but she dyes her hair platinum blonde with "Platinum Hair Dye Extra Strong".
Mrs. Wormwood is described as being hooked to bingo and is described as playing it "five times a week". Mrs. Wormwood and Mr. Wormwood are both hooked to something. Mrs. Wormwood has an addiction to bingo, while Mr. Wormwood has a addiction to "diddling" with people's money at his business. Technically, they are both addicted to money, because bingo wins you money if you are lucky and business earns you easily.

This post was mainly about Frank Olivo being back in the gameplan.
If the yacht was named "Beauty of the Sea" it would not even have been mentioned. The fact that it is named "Knot Guilty"says alot about the Forman mindset.
Forman did not win that law suit and does not have the laugh by outliving him. Instead of one Larry, Forman now has to contend with an unidentified multitude of people that supported Larry and his principles of equality and open, honest government.
If Forman had behaved in an open, ethical manner,Larry would have commended her. She brought all of Larry's criticism down on herself by her own actions and calling a dead person names will not help her future endeavors.
The previous poster had it right about Olivio being part of cast now that Forman is Mayor. Watch for him, as Waszen's attorney, pushing to change Elwood's zoning this year, with our Mayor's help.
To poster #1:
Classic Narcissistic Personality issues.
* He or she has a grandiose sense of self-importance (exaggerates accomplishments and demands to be considered superior without real evidence of achievement).
* He or she lives in a dream world of exceptional success, power, beauty, genius, or "perfect" love.
* He or she thinks of him- or herself as "special" or privileged, and that he or she can only be understood by other special or high-status people.
* He or she demands excessive amounts of praise or admiration from others.
* He or she feels entitled to automatic deference, compliance, or favorable treatment from others.
* He or she is exploitative towards others and takes advantage of them.
* He or she lacks empathy and does not recognize or identify with others' feelings.
* He or she is frequently envious of others or thinks that they are envious of him or her.
* He or she "has an attitude" or frequently acts in haughty or arrogant ways.
These are the nine criteria needed to give a diagnosis and you have each and every one of them. See yourself for what you are.
To the last poster, or maybe she's just terribly insecure.
7:06am, I think you nailed it! Sorry, 7:44 am, but there is a whole lot more than insecurity going on in this case.
And another player is back. Remember that whenever Waszen was scheduled for a court appearance...he never showed up and his Lawyer Frank Olivo would appear and claim stupidity regarding the case.
Judge Broome consistently allowed comtempt of his Judicial orders to occur over and over when it came to Waszen paying $10,000 of his $184,000 fine every other month.
