WASZEN RE-FORESTATION PLAN CHARADE

Once again, it falls to GadFly to find the failings of Mullica offica DUMB. Repeated representations to Mullica’s Municipal Court Judge, Buddy Broome have been that a re-forestry plan has been filed with The Pinelands. The fact that steve THE SCOFFLAW waszen had pled guilty to clearing over 1,500 square feet of land at the eastern end of the old Perona Bros. Junk Yard property that he owns in violation of the law that requires Pinelands approval for clearing over this amount of land.

With the guilty plea to this illegal clearing had come the agreement to re-forest the illegally cleared area…and NO additional FINE. HUH? Well, the prosecutor at that time was jim THE ETHICALLY CHALLENGED curcio who had accepted $1,800 in campaign contributions from THE SCOFFLAW waszen…that just might have played a role in the failure to seek a fine…you think?

Subsequently, at two separate Mullica Court Hearings the new attorney for THE SCOFFLAW waszen, frank THE CENSURED olivo had informed the Mullica Court that the re-forestry plan had been filed with The Pinelands. A call to The Pinelands on May 8th, by GadFly garnered the information that no such plan had been filed!!

When larry THE PEDNATIC MISANTHROPIC S.O.B. angel pointed this fact out at the Town Meeting that night, Mullica’s whore Republican solicitor, $$$ tim THE GIRLY MAN SHYSTER Maguire $$$ spun the matter … caught in the lie… that as a County Republican player to which organization THE SCOFFLAW waszen had made campaign contributions, he claimed hehad seen the re-foresty report and thus doubted the GadFly representations that it had not made its way to The Pinelands...and he spoke in glowing terms of his fellow Republican lawyer THE CENSURED olivio...this last resulting in it being pointed out that last year Olivo had been censured by the bar for bad behavior as a lawyer.

A conversation with Mullica’s Code Enforcement Officer, Tom Sandman, several days later, May 15th confirmed the ‘FACT’ that no re-forestry plan had been filed with The Pinelands. Sandman, indicating that he had called The Pinelands and been so informed some days after the Town Meeting.

The record of incompetence and/or collusion with those who give money to Republican candidates just seems to go on and on. The willingness to accept the word of anyone associated with THE SCOFFLAW waszen … given the record of ‘truthiness’ and honor to one’s word should result in a need to validate compliance at every turn. The GadFly sobriquets seem so validated; SCOFFLAW, SHYSTER, ETHICALLY CHALLENGED.
