Larry, I can't agree with you more. By that same token the Mullica Cops often let residents off with warnings for speeding. Then these guys go out to corridor roads and ticket out-of-towners because they are out-of-towners. All the while it often seems that my neighbors are the worst and go past my home at warp speed. Could this unwritten and well known policy of "let locals go," be to blame? The laws in this town are not being administered fairly and law abiding residents like me suffer for it.
