I am saddened if not surprised that Mullica’s Republican Mayor, cathy THE BAG LADY chasey has apparently embraced the bigotry and prejudice that is a hallmark of today’s Republican Party. THE BAG LADY chasey is no longer doing weddings in accordance with the State Attorney General’s interpretation that as a public servant,... if one performs marriages one must perform ‘Civil Unions.'

You gentlemen are both an asset to our community and I urge supporters to visit 'Country Cottage' on the Pike in Elwood to show their support and buy a Mother's Day gift. Diversity and tolerance is an asset in any community and sadly it comes as no surprise that the small minded trash element in our community is a constituency in Mullica that THE BAG LADY chasey assiduously courts and whose ugly bigotry she shares. We all are the losers here and the reputation of our community is besmirched by the callow leadership again demonstrated by Mullica Republicans. Our community should be ashamed and I suspect many our by this kind of ugly bigotry. Hopefully it will NOT tarnish this happy day for you both.
