Subject: BATSTO QUILT FESTIVAL -- SUNDAY MAY 20TH: Larry, it is time for an area event that is special to many of us, THE BATSTO ANNUAL QUILT FESTIVAL -- which is presented by Batsto Quilters and BCCI on May 20, 2007 and is dedicated to the principle of ‘HONORING OUR FREEDOM.’ The event will start at 10 a.m. with a Flag cememony by BSA Venturing Crew 49 and include a performance at 1 p.m. of ‘Seven Quilts for Seven Sisters’ the performance has limited seating that can be reserved by calling 856 768-2222. There will also be Quilting Demonstrations, a Live Quilting Bee, Interactive Children’s Programs, Quilting Turning (presented by Mary and Kathy) and verbal quilt appraisals by Merry May (cost $5).
