Subject: Average Speed: Enough already!!! Everyone drives fast on the parkway. The average speed on the Parkway is 85 miles an hour. Rule of Thumb, keep up or get run over. It was an accident. Move on!!!

RESPONSE: Well I don’t know that the average speed is 85, but it is certainly close...and going 85 mph on the Parkway ain’t that unusual. While it was an accident...and that is important...the rule of thumb is keep up or get over to the right.

Subject: No One Cares: Why should Corzine pay his own medical bills?? He is absolutley crazy!! If he has insurance use it. Don't Be A Hero!! No One Cares!!!

RESPONSE: The reality is that ...same set of circumstances and the average badly injured person not wearing a seat belt in the passenger seat would NOT have been ticketed. However, the politics of the situation is you tell the State Police to ticket you and when you are a very wealthy guy, you pay your own medical bills...and at bottom Jon Corzine is a politician now ... not the head of Goldman Sachs.

Shouldn’t make a difference but it does. Gee, if we only had a President who had the ability to read the temperament of the people and take in new information and reassess a previous position...Gonzales, tax breaks for the rich during a war, Iraq, torture, habeas corpus, wire tapping and reading mail without a warrant, rendition to foreign hidden prisons...and we could go on and on here.
