MULLICA SCHOOL 2006 STATE TEST SCORES

GadFly has been posting the grade by grade test scores from the ‘New Jersey State Assessment Report 2006. The State Test (New Jersey Assessment of Skills and Knowledge – ASK) was a new test and many had been led to believe that the 2006 test was merely a trial to work out kinks in the test...that did not prove to be the case however. But, all schools were in the same position and thus a comparison gives insights as to where various school Districts are in comparison to other New Jersey School Districts. GadFly has posted grade by grade the Mullica scores for Literacy and Math and in some cases the test included Science. Having posted the Reading and Math scores for the 3rd and 4th Grade, 5th Grade and 6th Grade ...and the Science scores for the Mullica’s 4th graders; GadFly now posts the scores for MULLICA 7th Graders READING (LANGUAGE ARTS LITERACY).

(Note; Mullica had no students in the 7th grade that were Pacific Islander or American Indian/AK Native)

It is noted that the No Child Left Behind parameters require a break down into various ethnic, economic and other groupings. It should also be noted that for the 7th Grade Reading Test the State average was 75% passing and 25% failing. While Mullica 7th graders meant that criteria...having this large number of students fail and calling it success is ludicrous.
