Subject: Jim Curcio: Jim Curcio portrays himself as the affable, well-intentioned Freeholder who, also as Mullica’s Prosecutor, always acts in the best interests of the township; however, his non-actions speak louder than his words.

RESPONSE: Curcio took money (nothing wrong there...campaign contributions) from steve THE SCOFFLAW waszen, but one who in an adversarial Court environment representing the State against the person who gave you money...you have to recuse yourself...it is a black and white ethical issue.

And then when one looks at the mishandling and seeming special treatment that THE SCOFFLAW waszen is afforded throughout the Mullica Court prosecution of THE SCOFFLAW waszen, the dots of a sell out, betrayal of oath of office ... a quid pro quo, emerge.
