MULLICA UPDATES:

Recyclables will be picked up on December 26th and Mullica’s reorganization meeting is scheduled for Jan 2nd at noon. Steve THE SCOFFLAW waszen is scheduled to be in Court on Tuesday Dec. 16th, 9:30 A.M. A consent Order involving the clean up of the Perona Junk Yard property should be signed. The rumors are that it is his plans to apparently turn the property into a large transfer station that will ship all...or a great deal of Jersey trash by rail out of State. Proving that a SCOFFLAW doesn’t change its ways; a new summons has been issued against THE SCOFFLAW waszen for placing an illegal trailer on the site.

Someone needs to tell Mullica’s Judge when he is free from is own illegal real estate deals that he needs to show some toughness with THE SCOFFLAW or waszen will walk all over Mullica as he continues to do with his often contemptuos of the law, trash business in Egg Harbor Twp.

It should be noted here that the property in question on the Pike, the Perona Junk Yard property is in the Elwood village zone and as such while zoned for light industry and commercial; what that means is such enterprises that serve the village residents primarily. The operation that steve THE SCOFFLAW waszen is rumored to be proposing for this site…a garbage transfer station for the region would not be a permitted use. One might argue that were the area zoned “pineland’s town” a commercial or industrial use that served the larger region might be a permitted use; but in a “village zone” only commercial and light industry that serve the village residents primarily would be permitted. This is a proposed operation that constitues "heavy industry" given the high truck traffic and its impact on the area of the Elwood Village.

Further there are major pollution areas of concern on that property (soil and ground water) and large government liens against that property. One would agrue that waszen now becomes liable for these liens and once the deeds are registered officials should go after THE SCOFFLAW for more than just the surface clean up that it is suspected here is all that is in the Consent Order pending for Court on Tuesday. The fact that all these taxpayer's dollars were spent recently by government officials should trouble all that this has all been a back room deal involving a sellout of Mullica by County officials.

For all of you who voted for County republicans like denny DER FUHEUR levinson, kirt THE DOUBLE DIPPER conover, joe ALL IN THE FAMILY silipena, frank DOCTOR DEATH blee, jim THE GARBAGE SELL OUT curcio and the rest of THE FREE-LOADERS you have been sold out again, as it seems there is another backroom deal here.
