Larry, Because I can not make many township meetings, I have written a letter to the township asking them to look into the MESS on the pike known as Hauser's Tow lot. I am sure they will say they never recieved it, as it is easier to ignore then address. That place looks like a junkyard and is getting worse as the days go by. That business is right next to our township building. Trying to pull out of the sideroad next to it is impossible as the cars and JUNK is piled so that it blocks the veiw. If you make it to the next meeting, please let me know if this issue has been addressed. Also, I took a walk through our Rec Fields this week and am suprised at the disgust there. Why are we continually putting tax dollars to build "new" shit over there and we can't even keep the "old" shit up to par. Someone is going to get hurt. I will not allo my kids to play there as I see the place is not maintained, yet my taxes are through the roof , some of which is for that place. I bet if that committee had children or grandchildren going there it would not look like that!!!!
RESPONSE: With respect to the rec fields; EVERY CHILD COMES WITH THE MESSAGE THAT GOD IS NOT YET DISCOURAGED OF MAN; (Rabindranath Tagoree said). While it is clear that some basic maintenance work has been ignored the park is well worth the tax dollars that have been spent on it in my opinion. The failure of THE CORRUPT MULLICA 5 to address the required yearly maintenance is ridiculous as they have squandered tax dollars on many foolish projects. Sadly this is a group who doesn't care about our children as they are Republicans. Some of the blame however has to go to the Rec. Association for its failure to take more responsibility for the yearly required maintenance with volunteers. The Talmud says: WHO CAN PROTEST AND DOES NOT IS AN ACCOMPLICE IN THE ACT.
