BUSH ASKS WORLD COURT TO HALT DEATH PENALTY CASE

"The United States last week asked the highest U.N. legal body not to interfere in the American criminal justice system, urging that it throw out a case filed by Mexico over the death penalty. The International Court of Justice is hearing a suit that alleges 52 Mexican citizens on U.S. death rows were denied a fair trial because they were not told they had a right to help from a Mexican consulate."

It seems that BUSH THE LESSER'S disdain for human life (with the exception of the fetus) due process and the rights of the accused is ubiquitous.
