ASHCROFT SLAPPED DOWN BY THE COURTS AGAIN

"A federal judge has admonished Attorney General John Ashcroft for violating a court order by making remarks about defendants in the nation's first major terror trial after Sept.11."

The Judge stating; "The attorney general's office exhibited a distressing lack of care in issuing potentially prejudicial statements about this case." Ashcroft apparently violated the judge's order twice with his stupid rhetoric.

"Margaret Raben, a lawyer for Elmar-doudi, said the admonishment was recognition that 'the attorney general is bound by the same rules as anybody else.'"

As more and more Court rulings come down finding that with regard to due process issues and environmental laws the BUSH THE LESSER administration is in violation of the law and the basic tenets of our Constitution one might wonder if these arrogant and greedy Republicans understand or comprehend anything that doesn't make them and their cronies richer.
